Bill's story

From fixing fire trucks to coaching the owners who build America.

Bill started with his hands, as a certified diesel mechanic working on fire trucks. He built and sold a deli, flipped houses, lost it all when the economy turned, and built again. Then he spent 25 years in the contracting industry, building a company under his own name, learning from some of the best operators in the trade, and eventually selling it.

He has won big and lost big. Both taught him the same thing: a business is only as strong as the leaders inside it.

Today he is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and author, mentoring owners in the trades who are ready to grow past themselves.
